What exactly is included in my booking, and what should I bring?
Each chalet comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay:
- complete kitchen appliances (fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave),
- all cooking utensils and crockery,
- bed linen, towels,
- air conditioning, DSTV,
- free Wi-Fi, and
- braai facilities.
You’ll need to bring your own food, toiletries, beach towels, and any specialty items.
What are your cancellation and payment policies?
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly.
- Our flexible cancellation policy allows free cancellations up to 7 days before arrival for off-peak periods, and 14 days for peak seasons.
- We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
